Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Oncologic Dentistry

Maxillofacial prosthetics is a branch of dentistry that deals with congenital and acquired defects of the head and neck (cancer or trauma). Maxillofacial prosthetics integrates parts of multiple disciplines including head and neck oncology, congenital malformation, plastic surgery, speech, and other related disciplines. Intraoral defects may involve the mandible, tongue, soft palate, or hard palate, while extraoral defects may involve any other area of the head or neck (ears, eyes, etc). We offer a complete series of prosthesis: Obturators, palatal augmentation prosthesis (PAP), mandibular resection prosthesis, sleep apnea devices, radiation stents and all types of facial prosthetics, ears, nose, eyes and full facial prosthesis.
